Jinchuang Sets Sail - Foundation Class

On the afternoon of July 11, a grand welcome ceremony was held at the group. Ge Jianming, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, personally attended and extended a warm welcome to the newly hired graduates, and hoped that they would demonstrate their talents and realize their value on Jinchuang's broad platform, growing together with the company. Following this, Wu Anan, the group's deputy chief engineer and director of operations, shared his valuable career growth experiences and insights, encouraging graduates to be proactive, take on responsibilities, and write a brilliant chapter on this fertile land of Jinchuang.

On the afternoon of July 12, the graduate apprenticeship ceremony was officially launched. At the ceremony, new employees took the stage one by one, introduced themselves, shared their career plans, and completed the apprenticeship gift-giving ceremony with their paired mentors. The interaction was warm and showed the "passing on and helping" friendship. Wang Yang, a graduate representative, shared his growth experience during his two-month internship at the company, especially thanking his mentor for his guidance and expressing his aspirations for the future. Yang Jing, the mentor representative and assistant to the general manager, said that she would be strict, and teach wholeheartedly, helping her apprentice hone their skills and improve quickly in practice, encouraging new employees to cherish opportunities and move forward steadily.

Finally, Wang Hongbin, the group's deputy general manager and chief engineer, made a summary speech. He highly affirmed the significance of this activity. The "mentor-apprentice" mechanism provides an invaluable growth platform. He hoped that new employees would cherish mentor resources and improve their skills through learning; he looked forward to mentors inheriting their craftsmanship and helping new forces grow rapidly within the group.

Tempering in the Bamboo Sea - Working Together to Overcome Waves

To deepen the spirit of teamwork, on July 14, all new employees went to Liyang Nanshan Bamboo Sea for expansion training. The activity broke the ice through clapping and self-introductions; then, they were divided into three teams, deciding on team names and slogans, painting team flags, and designing formations, quickly building team identity.

"Building a Tower to Heaven" tested the team's planning and execution ability; "The Dragon Takes Water" honed trust and cooperation; "Frisbee Carnival" ignited vitality and passion; "Across the World" integrated wisdom and overall view. Each project allowed team members to deepen their understanding and unite their efforts through interaction. Finally, the team members strolled through the mountains and fields, enjoying the natural scenery, relaxing in a relaxed atmosphere, and exchanging friendly conversations to further enhance their friendship.

From the classroom to the mountains and fields, from system learning to mentor-apprentice pairings, a series of training activities have built a complete closed loop of cultural identity, skills reserves, and team integration.
