Jinchuang Holding Group held a "Labor Leads to Dedication, Gathering Strength for a New Journey" staff tug-of-war competition to celebrate May Day.

On the afternoon of April 29th, Jinchuang Holding Group successfully held a "May Day Celebration" tug-of-war competition for its employees, themed "Labor Cultivates Craftsmanship, United We Chart New Course." The event attracted 16 teams, including the EMU Composite Workshop, Painting Workshop, Mold Workshop, and Technology Building Offices. After fierce competition, the top four teams were determined.
Before the start of the competition, Wu An'an, the Group's Operations Director and Deputy Chief Engineer, stated in his speech: "The spirit of labor is the core driving force for corporate development. I hope all employees will take this competition as an opportunity to build team strength, promote the spirit of craftsmanship, and inject new vitality into the high-quality development of the enterprise." Subsequently, the participating teams engaged in fierce competition. Cheers and shouts of encouragement rose and fell, demonstrating the spirit of unity, collaboration, and striving for excellence among Jinchuang employees.
Finally, the competition concluded successfully in a lively atmosphere. The FRP Workshop, Aluminum-Stainless Steel Workshop, Jinchuang Electric, and Urban Rail Workshop respectively won first, second, third, and fourth places. Jin Yan, Chairman of the Labor Union and Executive Vice President, stated: "The labor union will continue to enrich various activities, providing employees with a platform to showcase their talents, and promoting the dual enhancement of corporate culture construction and production and operation."
This tug-of-war competition is not only a tribute to the "May Day" Labor Day but also demonstrates Jinchuang Group's firm determination to lead development with the spirit of labor and embark on a new journey with team synergy.
