Openness and common progress, synergy for win-win | Jinchuang Group 2024 Supplier Conference successfully concluded

  On October 18, the Jinchuang Group 2024 Supplier Conference, themed "Openness for Progress, Collaboration for Win-Win," was successfully held. Yu Jinkun, Chairman of the Board of Jinchuang Holding Group, Ge Jianming, Chairman, Ge Yaohong, General Manager of Jinchuang Group, Hu Limin, Deputy General Manager, Jin Yan, Executive Deputy General Manager, and other senior leaders of the group, as well as nearly 600 supplier representatives from all over the country, gathered together to discuss cooperative development, promote integrated innovation, and achieve a win-win future for the industry.

  At the conference, Jin Yan, Head of Group Supply Chain and Executive Deputy General Manager, delivered the annual procurement work report. He introduced the overall procurement status of Jinchuang Holdings' main business segments and put forward expectations and requirements regarding Jinchuang's current procurement situation and issues. He stated that win-win and mutual trust are the foundation of cooperation, and hoped that both parties would leverage their respective professional advantages to achieve complementary strengths with higher quality products and a sincere cooperative attitude, making achievements and development in their specialized fields.

  Wang Hongbin, Chief Engineer of the Group, analyzed and summarized the annual supply quality status of suppliers, listed some typical quality problems of suppliers, and introduced the group's planned control measures for suppliers to promote the common growth and improvement of suppliers and the group.

  Hu Limin, Vice President, read out the group's commendation decision for excellent suppliers. She said that every new step in Jinchuang's development is inseparable from the integrity, innovation, and solidarity of all suppliers. She hoped that supplier partners would firmly establish brand quality awareness, provide better products and services, work hand in hand with Jinchuang, jointly face market challenges, seek innovative breakthroughs, and achieve win-win cooperation.

  Ge Yaohong, President, briefly analyzed the domestic and international rail transit markets and the new industry trends Jinchuang is involved in, put forward the opportunities and challenges we face, and introduced the group's procurement strategy to suppliers. Ge Yaohong stated that Jinchuang and all suppliers must improve comprehensive management. On one hand, they must manufacture and provide qualified products that meet various indicator requirements, and on the other hand, they must carry out various tasks around cost reduction and meet customer needs in terms of delivery assurance; at the same time, he requested both parties to engage in transparent cooperation under the premise of observing the "Integrity Agreement."

  Yu Jinkun, Chairman of the Board, stated that excellent suppliers are a valuable resource for Jinchuang, and it is precisely because of the strong support from the vast number of supplier friends that Jinchuang can achieve its current good development. Yu Jinkun offered several suggestions to suppliers from aspects such as quality integrity, price integrity, cooperation integrity, communication and coordination, and integrity building. Yu Jinkun emphasized that to develop manufacturing, one must first have firm confidence in development, and second, always maintain a sense of awe for the market. He stated that as long as everyone works together and moves forward hand in hand, they will certainly achieve even more brilliant accomplishments.

  The conference recognized the group's excellent suppliers, outstanding quality award recipients, and emerging suppliers; some representatives of excellent suppliers delivered speeches.
