  On October 7, Ju Yongqiang, Minister of Procurement of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRRC Sifang"), sent a letter of thanks to KTK Group and its subsidiary KTK Electric. In the letter, CRRC Sifang highly recognized and praised KTK Group and KTK Electric for their excellent performance in the recent Fuxing Hao Smart Sleeper Train project collaboration.

  The Fuxing Hao Smart Sleeper Train is the first new type of sleeper project developed domestically based on the Fuxing Hao platform. The launch of this train not only enhances the quality of cross-border passenger transport services between mainland China and Hong Kong, better meeting passengers' needs for a pleasant travel experience, but also holds significant importance for promoting personnel, economic and trade, and cultural exchanges between Hong Kong and the mainland, facilitating Hong Kong's better integration into the overall national development.

  This project had a short cycle, high standards, and frequent technical changes, making it extremely difficult to complete production and delivery on schedule. The group's leadership attached great importance to it, giving instructions and directives multiple times, demanding a steadfast and high-standard progression of the project to ensure its successful completion. At the same time, the entire group responded quickly, formulating plans, establishing special teams, and arranging deployments immediately. Group leaders provided on-site guidance to solve problems, various departments collaborated, and every KTK employee worked hard, ultimately completing this extraordinary project with quality and quantity assured.

  KTK Group was responsible for more than 80% of the interior parts of the Fuxing Hao Smart Sleeper Train, including: ceilings, side walls, compartment partitions, luggage racks, etc. Among them, the ceilings, and interior of the sightseeing area adopted prepreg composite structures, which are light in weight, high in strength, and rigid, with a weight reduction of over 35% compared to traditional metal material structures; the compartment partitions adopted a sound-insulating sandwich composite structure, improving sound insulation by 20% and enhancing passenger comfort. KTK Electric provided products such as electrical cabinets, driver's cab consoles, lighting fixtures, high-voltage equipment boxes, and external power supply boxes.
