  在CR450动车组样车内装产品的轻量化设计工作中，今创集团技术团队通过转变设计观念、拓展新产品结构方案、开发使用新型轻质复合材料等措施，成功实现内装产品整体重量的减轻。相同面积的新型轻质复合材料做成的单件产品，重量要比原来CR400动车组使用的铝板材料轻30%，整车重量则相比减轻18%，同时还具备了更好的耐腐蚀性和抗冲击性。

 

 

  CR450动车组样车采用最新的车下控制箱设计方案，通过设备集成和布局优化，车厢内部分电气设备改到车下，因此可以腾挪出更多空间，每列车厢可增加乘客座位40多个，进一步提升旅客乘车环境和舒适度。
